BrokerI have been a licensed realtor for over 16 years, and have held my broker’s license for the past 12 years. I am the current owner and Broker of Epic Equity Group Real Estate Brokerage. I have lived in beautiful SW Florida my whole life and currently live in Cape Coral. I have a beautiful wife and family that I enjoy spending time with immensely, so If you miss me, chances are, I am with them. I specialize in distressed property acquisition, but I have experience in all aspects of residential real estate. I moved to Cape Coral from West Virginia in 2018 after retiring as Manager of Business Development for Dominion Resources, Inc. My wife and I built a home in Sandoval where we continue to meet and make new friends. I am a WVU graduate and still have many ties to family and friends in West Virginia and now in Southwest Florida. I enjoy working with people and my Real Estate Career in Southwest Florida is allowing me to pursue my passion. My name is Adrian Strey, I was born and raised in swfl. I love my area and am very knowledgeable about the homes here. Alongside Epic Equity, I opened my own handy services company called Strey Services. For Epic Equity I am the Construction Manager. I’ve had my Home Inspection license for 3 years and have been involved in residential repairs for 5. For many years, I have been exposed to different aspects of real estate including investments, residential renovations and home inspections.
